Kate O'Shea HR Consultant has thirteen years of experience working as part of Senior Management Teams. During this time Kate has been pivotal in developing Strategy for Growth in business. She has succeeded in developing change through Employee Relations and is committed to helping Companies achieve their full potential.
Kate is qualified as a Human Resource Practitioner and is a CIPD Associate. Kate assists in the development of Company Policies and Procedures through implementing Best Practice Human Resource and Management.
Kate is qualified as a Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland. She has extensive experience in Conflict Management and Resolution.

Kate O'Shea is a member of Skillnets Committee and operates a HR Forum which keeps the member companies up to date on Employee Issues and changes to Employment Law.
She has been an invited Judge with the Cork Region of the Irish Hotels Federation for the past two years in awarding Employee of the Year for this Industry.
