Contracts of Employment:
We will review your current contracts of employment in line with your legal obligations. All employees are entitled to receive a contract of employment within 2 months of commencing their employment in line with The Terms of Employment (Information) Acts 1994 and 2001. We will update any information which may be found to be outdated by current Employment Law or set-up Tailored Contracts of Employment for your business from scratch.
Policies & Procedures:
If you have Policies and Procedures in relation to HR in place we will review them. If you do not then we will develop for your business Policies and Procedures in particular Grievance Procedure, Disciplinary Procedure, Anti Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policy ensuring that they are up to date and in line with Employment legislation and best practice. We will develop and ensure that all policies and procedures are comprehensive and meet the needs of your business. This will ensure that your staff are clear on their obligations and ensure that as a Company you provide fair and equitable policies and procedures which protects the Company from litigation.
Audit:
We will provide an audit of your records in relation to any possible inspection by the Work Place Relations Commission and provide you with advice on how to remain compliant. This will ensure that as our client you will have the opportunity to resolve any current breaches which on inspection by the WRC may lead to fines.
Keeping Up To Date:
We will keep you informed of any changes in Employment Law and advise on how best to implement any changes required.
On-going Advice:
We will provide your business with on-going advice in relation to HR issues which may arise. This will be provided by telephone, email and skype.
